Honest Reviews From Our Clients

Ever think of transforming your body, I mean really transforming your body, from the inside out on a cellular level as well as a muscular one? As a retired woman 65 next month who has been exercising for years, yoga of all types, PILATES, reformer, Zumba, I can tell you that although I didn’t expect that, and I wasn’t promised that, I have noticed a difference in my posture, body awareness, and even confidence since I have been working with Deborah Saparoff.
I had heard of GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® in San Diego where I spent the winter. New to Massachusetts, I joined some meetups based on my interest, fitness, Italian, theatre, are, and I found Deborah. It is a 28 mile ride each way and worth the drive and the energy. When you look at Deborah, right before your eyes you have a model of balance, grace, and form.
When she models the very difference spiraling techniques and breathing, one opens up gradually, which is evident in one’s added range of motion and the “feeling” of greater space and height.
I always say after a session, I feel like a million bucks! It is truly powerful work! I recommend Deborah Saparoff unequivocally as an inspirational master teacher.

I have scoliosis, with kyphosis and deep lordosis. My back used to be hunched and in constant chronic pain. As a result I had very limited range of motion and an injury in my left shoulder due to lack of proper muscular strength/support. There was very little that physical therapy and other conventional therapeutic methods had done and could still do. As a result my best course of action had become massage therapy weekly to alleviate some of the deepest pain I was experiencing.
Since I was introduced to GYROTONIC®, about seven years ago, despite my mature age (I was 70 years old at the time) my body became a process of slow but deep/consistent transformation. I remember that since the very first lesson with Deborah, I felt the benefits. ! no longer suffer back pain, I am able to move my spine with control and deep support. I enjoy movement again and a sense of freedom and ease that practicing the GYROTONIC® Method brings to my life. I am 77 years young now!

I got so much out of the training you provided me. The experience was unique in my life – I literally learned new ways of moving and consequently new ways of being. It was GYROTONIC® itself, your amazing skill and the joy you clearly exude in your work. I think the training has given me a lasting benefit for example we are doing a lot of hiking and I am free of the back aches that used to plague me from that sort of thing before. Wanted to say thank you.

Multiple sclerosis has altered my life in many ways, and while there are a plethora of negative symptoms of the disease, I am lucky to have been introduced to Deborah Saparoff and her GYROTONIC® exercise regimen. Specifically designed for people who have experienced the negative physical effects of injuries, diseases, etc., the exercises that Deborah has introduced me to with the GYROTONIC® system have had a positive impact on my life.
