The studio is conveniently located in the Boston MetroWest, in centrally located Medfield MA. There is ample parking at all times of the day, including handicapped parking spots right outside the main entrance door of the Tech Center, Building A. We are located in UNIT A15, which is on the first floor so no elevators or stairs are necessary. Restrooms are available and have handicapped facilities. We currently have 2000 square feet of space, which is very well lit throughout the day with only natural light from the sun.
We are one of the most fully equipped GYROTONIC centers in New England, consisting of the entire GYROTONIC line of equipment to cover the full range of training and rehabilitation for our clients. For our GYROTONIC equipment, we have 5 pulley towers (2 GYROTONIC® Cobra Elites, a GYROTONIC® Cobra, a GYROTONIC® Ultima, and a GYROTONIC® Balanced Body), a GYROTONER®, 2 JUMPING STRETCHING BOARDs®, The ARCHWAY, and a LEG-EXTENSION UNIT.
Our PILATES offerings include group classes, private classes, and floor classes. For our Pilates equipment, we have a number of fully-equipped Peak Pilates PPS Deluxe Tower/Reformer systems, which includes Reformer, Cadillac and Mat Systems in one machine.
